Positive: They upgraded me at no extra charge due to 1st room reaking out weed. This weed smell tells me the room was not cleaned properly. I am a head housekeeper for a mariot hotel in nh. This would never be ok in my hotel I work at. And should have follow up as this was bad at 2 am.
Negative: Walking in and finding a room reaking of weed smell and being told to hang tight for a second to find a room. The crew on was working hard to fix mistake. I know they happen but this was 100% avoidable. Re train your house keeping staff on room cleaning this will prevent this ever taking place. If you have systems this was a miss.

Negative: I expected the room to be cleaner. I noticed some dirty spots on the white bedcover. There were some dirty water stains on the wooden shelves. Breakfast is average. Night staff hospitality is modest.

Positive: The Room was clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was really good.
Negative: When you enter the room there is a humidity smell, we think it is the carpet but it was very strong, we had to turn the bathroom vent on to change the air in the room

Positive: Only stayed for one night but the staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was a really nice size with cable I believe, mini fridge, microwave, nice bathroom as well. No complaints I would 100% recommend and stay again ! Breakfast is very standard but it doesn’t take away from the value of this place at all
